Autumn arrives on this line with a timetable change. Until 27 September the low-season pattern had ferries leaving Trogir at 10:00, 16:00 and 20:30. Since the change on 28 September the morning 10:00 remains, the afternoon boat has moved to 15:30 and the evening one to 19:30, while Sundays and holidays have departures at 10:00, 17:00 and 19:30.
The islands feel the change more than Trogir does. The last weekday ferry towards Trogir now leaves Drvenik Mali at 17:30 and Drvenik Veli at 17:55, where in September the same sailing left at 19:00 and 19:25. The first boat off the islands is still at 06:00 from Drvenik Veli, reaching Trogir at 07:20.
Line 606 is a state ferry route run by Jadrolinija for the Coastal Liner Shipping Agency (AOLPP). It takes cars, motorbikes and bicycles, so a hire car can come along; the only vehicles turned away are lorries of more than 7.5 tonnes.
Three ferries a day, and a Sunday boat that skips Drvenik Mali

Winter fares: €2.50 on foot, €18.70 with a car
The off-season tariff came back with the winter timetable. From Trogir to either Drvenik an adult pays €2.50 and an ordinary car €18.70, against €4.40 and €27.00 in summer. Travelling between the two islands is €1.90 a person.
A child from 3 to 12 pays €1.20 from Trogir all year round, and under-threes travel free. The tariff exempts only bus and lorry drivers from paying, so a car driver should expect to buy a passenger ticket as well.

Where to board in Trogir and on the islands
Soline ferry landing, Trogir
The Drvenik ferry does not use the quays in front of Trogir's old town. It leaves from the Soline landing, where Jadrolinija's ticket office opens only around departure times: 09:00–10:00, 14:30–15:30 and 18:30–19:30 from Monday to Saturday, and 09:00–10:00, 16:00–17:00 and 18:30–19:30 on Sundays and holidays. If you arrive by bus or taxi, ask for Soline, not the old-town waterfront.
Drvenik Veli harbour, Obala sv. Jure
On Drvenik Veli the boat ties up at Obala sv. Jure, where Jadrolinija's office opens in short windows before each sailing, starting at 05:15 for the 06:00. Drvenik Mali has its own landing in Borak bay with a ticket desk that opens before each departure from the island. Whichever island you stay on, you catch the same ferry back to Trogir.
West from Soline to two neighbouring islands
Drvenik Veli is the closer of the two islands to Trogir and Drvenik Mali lies to the west of it. The morning and afternoon ferries from Trogir call at Drvenik Veli first and carry on to Drvenik Mali; the evening boat at 19:30 does it the other way round and finishes at Drvenik Veli. The 17:00 on Sundays goes to Drvenik Veli only.
Jadrolinija describes the islands as 60 minutes' sailing from Trogir. The timetable has the 10:00 arriving at Drvenik Veli at 10:50 and at Drvenik Mali at 11:15.
Taking a car, or just a day bag, to the Drvenik islands
- Arrive 45 minutes early
Jadrolinija's Croatian page says a ticket reserves your place on the sailing, but asks you to be at the landing at least 45 minutes before departure.
- Hire cars are fine
Line 606 is a car ferry: an ordinary car up to 5 m costs €18.70 from Trogir. Lorries over 7.5 tonnes are not loaded on this line.
- Bikes pay a passenger fare
A bicycle costs €2.50 to either island in the off-season and €1.90 between the islands.
- 20 kg of luggage free
Luggage is free up to 20 kg per person; heavier loads may be charged at no more than €0.40 for each 10 kg.
- Christmas running
On Christmas Day there is a single round trip calling at every port: from Drvenik Mali at 16:25 and from Trogir at 17:30. The official sources disagree on the Drvenik Veli time, so check it at the landing.
A day trip still works in winter. On weekdays the 10:00 from Trogir reaches Drvenik Veli at 10:50, and you can come back on the 17:55, arriving in Trogir at 18:45; on Drvenik Mali you arrive at 11:15 and leave at 17:30. On Sundays the outbound times are the same, with returns at 15:00 from Drvenik Mali or 18:00 from Drvenik Veli.
High summer (3 July – 30 August 2026) brought four weekday ferries out of Trogir starting at 08:30. The 2027 timetable, which will set next summer's dates, had not been published by AOLPP on 29 September 2026.
Drvenik ferry questions for the autumn and winter
Where exactly does the Drvenik ferry leave from in Trogir?
From the Soline ferry landing, not the old-town waterfront. Both Jadrolinija and AOLPP name the port Trogir (Soline), and Jadrolinija's ticket office is there.
What time is the first ferry from Trogir in winter?
10:00, every day of the week. It reaches Drvenik Veli at 10:50 and Drvenik Mali at 11:15.
Does every sailing stop at both islands?
Every one except the 17:00 from Trogir on Sundays and holidays, which calls at Drvenik Veli only. The 19:30 visits Drvenik Mali first and ends on Drvenik Veli.
How much for a car and two adults from Trogir?
A normal-sized car costs €18.70, and each of the two adults pays €2.50 on top. The tariff does not say the car fare includes the driver.
When is the last ferry back to Trogir?
